22/4/2012 - Last night was another cool and windy night.  We decided to go and have a fish down the beach at our gutter as we now had all the right gear and bait.  We got down there and there was another fellow fishing just down from us.  He had been there a while and was catching salmon and even got a double hook up.  We tried but had no luck and when he headed out and we were talking to him he said they went off just as we got there.  Just our luck.  We kept fishing  for a while longer and it just got too cold so we headed back to camp.  We started to  pack up in preparation for leaving tomorrow.  In the afternoon I went for a walk up to the other campground and along the beach one last time.  The beach and surf really are beautiful even though it is so hard to walk in the soft sand.  I'm sure we will be back to this campground and beach in the future.
