18/4/2012 - It is a beautiful day today.  Sun is shining and the beach looks great.  We went for a morning walk or should I say trudge (boy it's hard going in the soft sand)  up the beach and ended up talking to a fisherman who was fishing our gutter.  He has been fishing here and Apollo Bay for years and gave us the run down on what gear to use to catch salmon.  He had caught a couple of big ones that morning and they were lying in the sand. We headed back to the van and had Moko.  A bright green Coaster Motorhome has moved in since we went.  The rest of the day we spent pottering and enjoying the area and went for a walk again in the afternoon.  We went the other way up the beach this time and came out at the other campsite which is a bit smaller than where we are now then home for happy hour.
